If you have an existing
POS terminal we can assign a new merchant number and reprogram the terminal
to our platform for better rates and service. If you are a new business we
will be glad to help educate you on how to set up a merchant account that
would be the best solution for your business. We offer a special equipment
rental program to new home based businesses. The rental program is a 12 month
commitment, and a refundable deposit is required at the beginning of the
program. Once the equipment is in place, it an be purchased at the end of
the 12 month period for the book value or it can convert into a month to
month rental.

Things to consider when selecting a terminal:
- Point of Sale (POS) terminals require a single dedicated analog phone line. The terminal can share the line with a phone or a fax.
- Multi line phones, digital phone lines, and cable lines will NOT work with a traditional terminal which is shown above. An IP (Internet Protocol) terminal or pc software will be needed to process transactions with these types of phone systems/lines.
Application Requirements:
- An owner/officer signature on the processing application
- A preprinted check (voided) or a letter from the bank on bank letterhead; with routing number and account number listed. Temp checks will NOT be acceptable.
- Copy of business license or company affiliation group confirmation
- Equipment rental or equipment purchase agreement.
